Care & Traditional Finish
The ends are intentionally unhemmed, as is traditional for tenugui. Some initial fraying is normal and will settle over time; trim loose threads with scissors as needed.
Darker colours may release some dye. Avoid leaving the cloth folded or in contact with other fabrics while wet. Dimensions may vary slightly due to the nature of cotton.

Returns

To initiate a return for a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the problem. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped back at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
