Shipping and Return

We can ship to virtually any address in Australia.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
Returns
We only accept returns for products with quality issues (such as manufacturing defects or damage not caused by the customer). Returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-quality reasons are not accepted.
Discounted or sale items are partially excluded from this policy and may not be eligible for return, even in the case of quality issues. Please check the product page or contact us for confirmation before purchasing discounted items.
To initiate a return for a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the problem. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped back at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
