Use only as incense. Place the holder on a heat-resistant tray to catch ash. Do not burn incense inside the wooden box. Keep away from flammable materials. Never leave burning incense unattended.

Returns
We only accept returns for products with quality issues (such as manufacturing defects or damage not caused by the customer). Returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-quality reasons are not accepted.
Discounted or sale items are partially excluded from this policy and may not be eligible for return, even in the case of quality issues. Please check the product page or contact us for confirmation before purchasing discounted items.
To initiate a return for a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the problem. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped back at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
